Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS)


The goal of PBIS is a positive, supportive, and safe learning environment where all students can learn.  PBIS is a data-driven, research-based system that supports social competence and academic achievement in all students by providing effective evidence-based practices that supports quality instruction. It is a way to acknowledge students for clearly defined positive behaviors while providing support to students who have difficulty with behavior expectations at all levels.
