Get ready for an unforgettable start to the school year at the free D60 Back-to-School Bash on Thursday, August 6, from 5–8 p.m. at Dutch Clark Stadium.

Through the efforts of SFE - Pueblo D60 Foodworks, children and teens are now receiving healthy and nutritious meals.

Across the district, our scholars are getting energized and ready to shine on the annual CMAS assessments—with spirited assemblies, games, and engaging activities leading the way!

For the first time, District 60 rolled out the red carpet to celebrate an exceptional teacher and staff member from every school across the district—along with honoring district-wide Teachers and Staff Members of the Year at each level.

"The more you read, the more you develop a love for the skill. A love of reading creates lifelong learners and helps you learn new skills, build comprehension, solve problems, and prepare for the future."

The School Showcase will be held at Pueblo Community College in the Fortino Ballroom from 10:00 a.m. until noon on Saturday, February 28, 2026.

This Valentine’s Day season, the district has partnered with the Pueblo City-County Library District, which annually hosts a “Blind Date with a Book” display.

The plan reflects the district’s commitment to becoming a destination district—one that delivers high-quality learning experiences while thoughtfully responding to our significantly underutilized school buildings across our school district.
